Do I need massage therapy?

Massage therapy is an integral part of your care experience. Many times, after our doctor has diagnosed the source of your pain or discomfort, your next step is massage therapy and bodywork.

Many of our treatment plans include massage therapy because your body’s soft tissue, including skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia all benefit greatly from the increase in blood and lymph flow that results from medical massage.

All of our massages take place in a calm, relaxing environment and last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your condition.
